Photography Terms & Conditions:

1. You can be supplied with the Hi Resolution images on both CD (£145) or DVD  (£145) which can be used in anyway. The copyright remains with Canvas Graphics who reserves the right to use the images for advertising.

2. A booking will be confirmed with the receipt of a deposit of 50% made payable to J Ferris. The balance must be paid no later than 1 month before the wedding.

3. In the event of any cancellation, refunds of any deposits / monies paid cannot be made.

4. In the VERY unlikely event that any or all of the photographs fail to materialise due to any cause, the liability of Canvas Graphics will be limited to the refunding of a proportion of monies paid.

5. Canvas Graphics will be the sole official photographer of your wedding, unless agreed otherwise i.e Same Day Canvas or similar.

6. Canvas Graphics style is Reportage photographer of an informal manner.
Technique, style and composition are at the judgement of the photographer and shall be deemed final and correct.

Same Day Canvas (Photography & Canvas) Terms & Conditions:

1. It is your responsibilty to ask the permission from your official photographer to allow me to take your photograph. The copyright remains with Canvas Graphics who reserves the right to use the images for advertising on flyers supplied to you etc....

2. A booking will be confirmed with the receipt of a booking fee/deposit of 50% made payable to J Ferris. The balance must be paid no later than 1 month before the wedding.

3. In the event of any cancellation, refunds of any deposits / monies paid cannot be made even if Canvas Graphics are refused to take your photograph for any contractural reason, beyond their control.This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your ContractCancellation Rights.

We will not be liable, in contract, tort ( including, without limitation,
negligence ), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the Conditions for: - any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or - any loss of goodwill or reputation; or - any special or indirect losses, suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any
matter under the Conditions.
