Terms & Conditions
1.These terms & conditions apply to all orders. An order with Canvas Graphics is deemed as acceptance of these terms & conditions.
2. You must ensure that you have the right to copy the image contained in the photograph you submit. You have, where necessary, obtained the permission of any other person(s) (or their parent/legal guardian) who appears in the photo, for their permission to be reproduced.
3. Canvas Graphics may refuse to reproduce a photo if (or if Canvas Graphics believe that) you do not or may not have the rights and/or permissions referred to in condition 2, or if is any other way inappropriate.
4. Rejected orders will have the photo returned to the sender, unless it is defamatory, offensive, obscene or indecent.
5. You will pay Canvas Graphics any costs or damages Canvas Graphics may incur because of the reproduction of any photo you submit that is defamatory or which breaches any other persons copyright, privacy or other rights in any way.
6. Canvas Graphics will accept liability for damaged caused to your photo by its negligence, but not otherwise.
7. You agree to allow Canvas Graphics to keep digital copies of the image, which will only be reproduced with the express permission of you (for re-ordering purposes).
8. Photo reproduction is dependent on the quality of the original image so, in some cases, may not be exact.
9. Orders are in most cases fulfilled within 5 days, however, please allow plenty of time if your order is date dependent (Birthday gift etc.)
10. Prices set out are valid for 2007. Individual quotes remain valid for a period of six months.
11. VAT is payable at the prevailing rate.
