We will contact you to discuss your requirements, offer advice on scale and cropping and send you a proof (E-mail or post) with a few choices. Only at the point where you have fully agreed on what you are happy with will we produce the canvas and charge accordingly. Just follow the steps below: Option 1: For Photographs or images that need to be posted to us for scanning, please print the order form and fill out the required fields and send in an envelope )recorded delivery) with your photo. Digital Images We can accept digital images via the email - please send them as JPEG (between 150 to 300dpi) and we will E-mail you by return to inform you if they will enlarge and reproduce well onto canvas. For digital images email to: studio@canvasgraphics.co.uk can accept up to 10 Mega-bytes or jf6668@yahoo.co.uk can accept up to 20 Mega-byte files. Option 2: (for sending images by post) Send the order form, with your photo or disc (or other image) to us at: Canvas Graphics, 54 Caxton Close, Tiptree, Colchester, Essex CO5 0HA. Tel:  01621 810477. Mobile: 07719 442656. Option 3: Let us do the photography - starting at only £35* per portrait session. These pictures can be reproduced at fantastic quality at 1 metre wide! Next: Once we receive it, we will contact you to discuss your requirements, either posting or emailing you proofs for you to choose from. Only once you've agreed the proof will we ask for payment - either by credit card using Paypal on-line or sending a cheque. Delivery: When completed, the canvas picture is sent to you by business post (in protective packaging). Delivery cost for a 5 day delivery of a 20 x 16" canvas is £9.99. Delivery for a special next day is £12.99 - £20.99. The price will be confirmed at the time of ordering. We hope that you will be delighted with your picture on canvas. *VAT is Applicable at the prevailing rate.
